We use this information only to provide features you request, such as connecting accounts, displaying available accounts or pages, publishing content, scheduling content, retrieving publishing status, and managing your Site Poster connections. Site Poster does not use connected-account data for targeted advertising and does not sell this information.

3. Content and Publishing Data

We process content you provide to Site Poster, including text, titles, links, images, media, publishing destinations, scheduling dates and times, and resulting post URLs or identifiers. This information is processed as necessary to publish or schedule content according to your instructions and to display publishing history and status.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and improve Site Poster, authenticate users, maintain connected accounts, perform requested publishing and scheduling actions, provide customer support, secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, process subscriptions where applicable, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We may use service providers and infrastructure providers that help us operate Site Poster, host data, authenticate users, process payments, deliver application functionality, and connect to third-party publishing platforms. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services or when required by law. When you instruct Site Poster to publish content, the information required for that action is transmitted to the platform you selected and is then subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

TM MARKETING LLC does not sell your personal information or connected social-platform data.

You may disconnect supported third-party accounts from Site Poster. You may also revoke Site Poster's authorization through the settings of the relevant third-party platform. Revoking a connection prevents Site Poster from performing future actions through that authorization, subject to any processing already initiated before revocation.

10. Data Access and Deletion

11. International Users

TM MARKETING LLC is based in the United States. If you access Site Poster from another country, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights concerning your personal information, which may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

13. Children's Privacy
